Regius Square Apartments

The four-story 162,000 sq. ft. apartment building, Regius Square, features 125 modern one and two-bedroom residences, complemented by two levels of podium parking. Designed to cater to tenants seeking top-tier living, the building offers high-caliber features and upscale amenities, including a fitness center, sun deck, fire pit, and a tranquil hammock garden.

Collaboration was key in bringing the Regius Square project to life, with four different divisions of Hunt Electric joining forces. The seamless integration of our Electrical, Technology, Engineering & Design-Build, Infrastructure & Traffic teams allowed for a unified approach, ensuring high-quality work across the board. Our Electrical and Engineering & Design-Build Divisions, closely collaborated with architects and owners to materialize their vision. The result was a tailored lighting and electrical design that artfully blended local flair with global inspiration.

Early in the construction phase, our Infrastructure and Traffic team took proactive measures, rerouting utilities to prevent any adverse impact on the surrounding neighborhood. The Technology Division, with the deployment of our AV department, designed and installed the AV systems in the amenities spaces, enhancing the overall living experience for residents.

Recognizing potential supply chain challenges, the Hunt team took a proactive stance by ordering electrical components in advance. This foresight helped prevent delays, ensuring the project stayed on schedule. The Regius Square project exemplifies our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and proactive solutions, creating a distinctive living space that exceeds expectations.
